Meet TOMMY
The Right Guide Can Make All the Difference
About me
Meet Tommy Flick, LMFT, CHt
You've done a lot on your own, but when you're anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in painful patterns, it helps to work with someone who gets it.
I have over a decade of experience helping individuals and families navigate anxiety, relationship struggles, trauma, and career hurdles. I specialize in EMDR and hypnotherapy to help my clients experience fast improvements. Clients benefit from results-focused therapy designed to help them move forward faster — with clarity, confidence, and peace of mind.
Therapy That Meets You Where You Are
I founded Flick Connection Therapy in 2011 after becoming a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. I’ve supported thousands of clients in California, Texas, and Washington. I currently reside in Spokane with my wife and two sons.
Whether you prefer in-person sessions at my Spokane South Hill office or teletherapy, I offer a practical, personalized approach to healing.

Every client is different. That’s why I tailor your therapy plan using proven, evidence-based methods, including:
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
Hypnotherapy
Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)
Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)
Therapy is focused on helping you build insight, change unhelpful patterns, and get unstuck — fast.

When I’m not working with clients, I’m a dad, classic car enthusiast, and competitive racer. I’ve rebuilt a '68 Mustang from the ground up, raced across deserts, and even sailed to Hawaii. These experiences fuel my belief that growth is about seeing potential. Not replacing what’s broken, but rebuilding what’s strong underneath.

Why I Do This Work
Growing up, I was taught to value respect, responsibility, and honesty — these values guide every session. I believe people are capable of real change when they feel seen, understood, and supported.
I work with individuals and couples who are tired of repeating the same unhelpful patterns. They want to stop “just coping" and start thriving.
