New clients receive a 30-minute call with Tommy to explore their needs, ask questions, and see if therapy will be beneficial.

60-minute one-on-one therapy session with Tommy for existing clients. Hourly pricing is the same for EMDR and hypnotherapy.

Think of this as your introduction to Tommy’s approach. Tommy will listen to your main concerns and recommend the best package to meet your goals.

In your first full session, you’ll share your challenges and aspirations and Tommy will give you actionable advice on improving your struggles.

Each session will build upon the last, giving you clarity, confidence, and practical tools to navigate life’s challenges.
