Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the website flickconnection.com (the "Site") or accessing any products, programs, coaching services, or digital content (collectively, "Products") offered by Flick Connection, DBA Tommy Flick Enterprises, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Site, or by purchasing or downloading any Product, you ("User" or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you are prohibited from using this Site or accessing any of our Products.

1. About Flick Connection

Flick Connection is owned and operated by Thomas Flick ("Tommy Flick"), a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) licensed in the states of California, Washington, and Texas, and a Licensed Hypnotherapist licensed in the states of Washington and Connecticut.

IMPORTANT: The Products offered on this Site — including coaching programs, self-hypnosis audio recordings, and self-hypnosis video content — are NOT therapy, psychotherapy, counseling, or any other form of licensed mental health treatment. The professional licenses held by Tommy Flick do not apply to, and are not engaged in connection with, the Products sold through this Site. No therapist-client or counselor-client relationship is formed through the purchase or use of any Product on this Site.

2. Age Requirement

This Site and all Products are intended solely for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By accessing this Site or purchasing any Product, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use this Site or access any Products under any circumstances. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that a user under 18 has accessed our Site or purchased a Product, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the purchase and restrict further access.

3. Nature of Products — Not Therapy or Medical Treatment

3.1 Coaching Programs

Coaching, including all online and live courses and digital products, offered through this Site is personal development and goal-oriented coaching, NOT psychotherapy, counseling, or mental health treatment. Coaching does not involve diagnosing, treating, or managing any mental health condition, psychiatric disorder, or medical illness. Coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health care, medical care, or any other licensed professional services.

3.2 Self-Hypnosis Audio and Video Content

Self-hypnosis recordings (audio and video) available on this Site are designed for general wellness, relaxation, and personal development purposes only. They are NOT hypnotherapy sessions, and their use does not constitute a therapeutic or clinical relationship of any kind. The creator's licensure as a Hypnotherapist does not make these recordings a clinical or therapeutic service.

DO NOT use self-hypnosis recordings if any of the following apply to you:

• You have been diagnosed with epilepsy or a seizure disorder

• You have been diagnosed with a serious psychiatric condition, including but not limited to schizophrenia, psychosis, bipolar disorder, or dissociative disorders

• You are currently experiencing a mental health crisis

• You are operating a vehicle, heavy machinery, or any equipment requiring your full attention

Upon purchase or download of a Product, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only. Under this license, you may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or share any Content with third parties

• Use any Content for commercial purposes or public display

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Content

• Sell, sublicense, rent, or transfer the Content to any other person

Upon completing a transaction (including accessing free products), you will receive access to digital downloads or streaming content as described at the time of access.
